【Traditional Jin Hua Ham Mooncakes with Assorted Nuts】
- Traditional Jin Hua Ham Mooncake with Assorted Nuts mooncake. This mooncake is more complex than most ordinary mooncakes. A large number of assorted nuts are used. Each nut’s aroma in combination with sugar-coated winter melon and orange peel as well as our Cantonese roast pork “char siu”, giving the filling a unique contrast of both savoury and sweet. Most assorted nuts mooncakes do not contain ham.
- We, at Dashijie, specially selected the best quality Yun Chuan ham. Pigs were nurtured with natural feed for 18 months then cured for 18 months. It takes 3 years to harvest a perfect leg of Yun Chuan ham. This ham is exquisitely rare, particularly here in Hong Kong. Natural ingredients combined with healthy nuts make this a wholesome choice.
- Presented in an elegant woven basket, adorned with Dashijie's signature red ribbon. The basket measures 30 cm in height.

【Brown Sugar Bentong Old Ginger Tea】
Ginger Tea Malaysian Bentong ginger from the hills of Bukit Tinggi is known as the king of gingers, with limited production quantities. My son-in-law, William, is Malaysian. Naturally, we went direct to the source and met with ginger farmers at the foothills of Bentong and walked on the soil and steep hills where these flavorful gingers are harvested. This variety has a high content of gingerol, giving it an intense kick, fragrance, and spiciness.
