BROUWERIJ BOON is a Belgian brewery situated in Lembeek, mainly produces the traditional Lambic beers. This Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. It has clear golden colour, is very fresh, more fruity than spicy, with a touch of citrus and oak.
