After grating the white, mature coconut flesh finely, the flesh is being drying out in hot air and removed all moisture to form the Desiccated Coconut. It is mostly used in making cookie, cakes, pastries, desserts, puddings or it can be enjoyed with cereal, salads, smoothies or sauteed with vegetables.

Store in cool dry place
