Established in 2013, SHONOYUME, an agricultural cooperative, has been providing the public with the high-quality rice grown under the excellent environment of Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture. This incredibly high-quality rice is grown with pure groundwaters rich in minerals, nutritious soil sprinkled with fossil coral powder from Yonaguni Island in Okinawa Prefecture. It is sticky and delicious when cooked.
