city'super x Kayanoya Japanese Gourmet Cooking Class
This autumn, city’super is joining hands with Kayanoya to present you with the "Discover the Taste of Autumn: Japanese Gourmet Cooking Class", which offers you the opportunity to easily create Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine using Kayanoya's dashi soup series, bringing out the authentic flavours of Japanese ingredients.
Sign up and join our guest chefs in making gourmet dishes; our chefs will also demonstrate techniques of creating other tasty delights. Participants will receive five Kayanoya dashi soup packs and one Kayanoya Pan (valued at HK$430) for making Japanese-style Fried Eggs.*.

About the Brand
Yame’s Hoshino preserves traditional Gyokuro production methods including natural pruning, straw covering and hand-picking. Its teas do not contain chemical additives or unnecessary colourings, presenting a strong umami and rich aroma through natural flavours.
Hoshino Seichaen Kiwami Gi Yame Gyokuro
An exceptional product of the highest quality among the brand’s annual line-up of products. “Kiwami” (極) is a special grade of traditional Yame Gyokuro, carefully selected from award-winning tea leaves. Through the meticulous process of “hiire” (火入れ) or firing, the Gyokuro tea’s aroma and flavour are maximised to present an exquisite umami and a deep, rich fragrance.

Japan Kagoshima Wagyu Olympic Champion Masami Nakayama Farm Chilled A5 Grade Wagyu Striploin
This beef achieved the title of "Overall Champion" at the 11th National Japanese Beef Ability Expo, also known as the Wagyu Olympics in Japan. Among the 183 competing cattle, a single A5 Wagyu cow named "Kingyoshitsu" from Masami Nakayama Farm claimed the crown.
Japanese Chilled A5 Wagyu Premium Yakiniku Set
A tasting set includes both Yamagata Gyu Beef and Matsusaka Beef. city’super purchases whole black wagyu Otome Ushi, or heifers, that are over 30 months old from Yamagata Prefecture. This type of cattle is very rare and precious, and makes what is considered the best Yamagata Beef on the market. Through long-term fattening, the melting point of the fat of Otome Ushi is much lower than that of normal wagyu. The low-fat-melting point guarantees a melt-in-the-mouth experience.
The Matsusaka Beef come from a specialist in raising Matsusaka Ushi - Ito Farm, who has over 60 years of experience of doing so. Pure-bred black wagyu heifers are carefully fattened for close to 40 months to achieve Matsusaka Beef with a well-distributed, extremely refined marbling and a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Ito Farm has been awarded for three consecutive years in the Grand Champion Cattle Prize in the prestigious annual Matsusaka Beef Carcass Contest, demonstrating the farm’s expertise and craftsmanship in raising exceptional cattle.
