Les Frères Marchand is a family business of three brothers from Nancy in Eastern France. Philippe, Patrice and Eric represent the sixth generation of a cheese business that started in 1880. About the Brands: Domaine Prieuré Roch and Recrue des Sens by Yann Durieux
With his decade long experience at Domaine Prieuré Roch in Burgundy, the young winemaker, Yann Durieux, decided the time was ripe to start his own winery Recrue des Sens in 2010. Working on a small area just three hectares in size up the hills, Durieux continued his focus on producing wines as naturally as he could. All his wines are certified organic biodynamic.

Marc Hebrart Special Club 1er Cru Brut Millesime 2018
Marc Hebrart is a fine grower champagne winery based in Mareuil-sur-Ay, Champagne. Jean-Paul Hebrart took over Marc Hebrart from his father in 1997 and has slowly developed the estate in the last 20 years to one of the very finest grower estates in the Marne.
Henri Billiot Cuvee Marston Grand Cru Brut NV
Crafted by Hong Kong winemaker Marston Kam, who has been making wine since 2009. Under the mentorship of Henri Billiot and Marc Hebrart, who generously shared their skills and experience, Marston created his first bottle of Champagne in 2012.

Domaine de Baron'arques 2010, Limoux
From Languedoc-Roussillon in Southern France, the complex nose opens on wild berry fruit aromas with developing black cherry notes. On the palate, it is clean, well-balanced and refined with flavour some tannins, some spice notes and a touch of cocoa, followed by a long finish.
Domaine de Savagny Savagnin 2018, Cotes du Jura
Produced with Savagnin grapes grown in vineyards of the Jura wine region, with a nose that reveal intense aromas of walnuts, hazelnuts and dried fruit. The sip is round and fresh, with excellent aromatic length.
Ribeauville Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes 2022, Alsace
This Sylvaner Old Vines from Alsace is refreshing with surprising notes of white peaches and cherry plums. The mouth is structured, fresh and perfectly balanced by a very ripe acidity.
Domaine Fournier Sancerre Blanc Clos du Roc 2022, Sancerre
The Clos du Roc stems from the famous and ancient Saint-Satur Abbaye circa 1450. The vines get the maximum sunlight and grow sheltered from the cold winds, protected by the forest located just above the vineyard. This wine exudes the aroma of peaches, pears, and tangy citrus, accompanied by a hint of minerality.
