條款及細則

購物禮遇

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible transactions. Some of the activities, merchandise and tasting dishes are available in selected stores only. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials.

2. super e-gold 會員禮遇適用於香港各門市分店於2022年8月2日至6日的營業時間及網上商店(2022年8月2日上午10時至8月6日晚上11時59分)。所有super e會員可在2022年8月3日至6日於香港各門市分店的營業時間及網上商店(2022年8月3日上午10時至8月6日晚上11時59分) 享受會員禮遇。

3. 所有Summer Fiesta會員購物禮遇不可與已折扣貨品，指定貨品或專櫃，及其他推廣優惠/優惠券同時使用。禮遇逾期無效及恕不接受追溯申請。


獎賞積分

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 2 – 6 August 2022. Nintendo and PlayStation ® products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 3 – 6 August 2022. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation ® products are excluded.

3. super e會員必須於分店付款前出示有效的會員卡或網上商店結算前登入會籍，方可累積消費紀錄及賺取積分。

4. 獎賞積分及消費紀錄將於購物後36小時內更新。任何於交易後之積分補領恕不接受。

5. 所有已取消的交易或購物退款，因應該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分將會自動扣除，包括因指定推廣計劃而額外獲得之獎賞積分。

尊享體驗工作坊或店舖導賞團

1. super e-gold members will receive an email invitation to enroll online for the exclusive workshops held at superlife culture club at city’super Times Square store, LOG-ON Festival Walk store, or the store tour at city’super Harbour City store. Limited places; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details.

2. 每位super e-gold會員可免費報名參加一個工作坊或店舖導賞團。由於名額有限，所有工作坊不提供額外名額給會員親友。

3. 我們將核實所有會員登記資料。系統將發送確認電郵予成功登記的會員。

4. 合資格super e-gold會員敬請於活動開始前至少10分鐘到達現場報到。 會員參加活動時必須出示有效會員卡及確認短訊。

5. 按照政府《預防及控制疾病條例》（第599章），所有參加者和主持人都必須在活動前需掃瞄「安心出行」流動應用程式、符合「疫苗通行證」措施的相關要求，及接受體溫量度。如果不符合相關要求（獲豁免情況除外，詳情見「疫苗通行證」實施安排），或體溫為攝氏37.5度或以上，將不獲進入課室。

6. 所有參加者和主持人必須於活動開始前正確潔手，並使用酒精消毒搓手液清潔雙手。所有參加者和主持人在店舖內必須佩戴口罩 (除了鑑賞環節)。如果參加者拒絕配合，主持人會勸喻該名參加者立即離開。

7. 每節課堂前，所有桌椅和所需用具都會用清潔劑消毒。

8. 本公司不接受任何個人理由的延期及退款要求，包括（但不限於）生病、受傷等，亦不可由其他參加者代替出席有關活動。參加者於付款前有責任參閱此條款，並自行理解及承擔有關風險。一旦成功付款後，所有報名不設更改，及款項不設退回。

9. 如遇颱風(八號風球或以上)或黑色暴雨訊號懸掛，當日的主題工作坊或店舖導賞團活動將延期或取消安排，但有關已付款項不設退款，一切以活動前2小時通知為準。若活動進行期間，以上提及之惡劣天氣警報生效，本公司將會在可行情況下安排參加者立即到安全地方暫避或提早終結活動，但不會再安排退款及補辦。如活動當日天氣欠佳但未有以上惡劣天氣警報，本公司會視乎活動的受影響程度而判斷活動是否可以繼續進行，以活動前2小時通知為準。如參加者因主觀因素自行放棄活動，將不設延期及退款。一般情況下，如當日之有關活動開始時間為颱風或黑色暴雨訊號除下4小時後，活動將會照常舉行，但需視乎訊號除下時間而定。

10. 有關疫情下安排，若受政府之限聚令或相關規例限制而不能如期舉行活動，本公司將會因應其實際情況，有機會作出延期或取消安排，但有關已付款項不設退款。

11. 此禮遇不能兌換成現金或其他產品，或轉讓給他人。圖片只供參考。

12. City Super Limited 對因技術問題造成的延誤不承擔任何責任，包括但不限於任何電腦或互聯網網絡問題。

13. City Super Limited 保留一切更改主題工作坊或店舖導賞團的時間、內容及導師之權利。活動所使用的材料或會因特別情況而更改，恕不作另行通知。


super e-gold感謝禮品換領

1. super e-gold members can get a free box of city’super Gourmet Butter Cookies (12pcs), while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presenting a valid super e-gold membership at city’super or LOG-ON stores during the event days (from 2 - 6 August 2022). Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

super e-gold清酒品嘗禮遇

1. super e-gold members can collect two coupons from the reception at city’super stores. Each coupon can redeem a glass of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo sake at VIP Sake Tasting Zone for on-site tasting. Containers bought along by members themselves will not be accepted.

2. 此禮遇券只適用於2022年8月2日至8月6日中午12:00開始使用，逾期無效。

3. 此不可兌換現金，每張禮遇券只能使用一次。

4. 影印本或損壞的禮遇券均屬無效。

味覺挑戰攤位

1. super e-gold members can participate once in the challenge booth on 2 August 2022 at city’super stores by presenting a ticket collected at the reception counter.

2. super e-gold會員可於指定時段品嚐及猜測具不同特色的產品︰普通及不含麩質的曲奇 (12:00-1:00p.m.)；紐約及巴斯克芝士蛋糕 (1:30-2:30p.m.)；不同月份的康堤芝士 (4:30-5.30p.m.)；不同風乾期的火腿(6:00-7:00p.m.)。產品類別及活動時段可能因現場情況而有更改，恕不另行通知。

3. This ticket will be stamped by our staff upon correct guess of type/ flavour of the products. Members can redeem one Kyoto Uji Matcha Soft Cream or two Oobanyaki (except seasonal flavour) from sweets house Cha Cha counters (available in city’super Times Square / New Town Plaza / Harbour City store & LOG-ON CityPlaza store) by presenting an intact stamped ticket during 2 – 6 August 2022, while stocks last. Only Soft Cream available in sweets house Cha Cha counter at LOG-ON CityPlaza store.

3. 此網上商店電子優惠券須於2022年8月12 日至9月30日期間使用，每網上商店電子優惠券只限使用一次，逾期或已失效的電子優惠券將不獲補發。

LOG-ON 店內禮遇

1. super e-gold members can get a free personalized MF Bear Mimori Key Chain privilege at LOG-ON Harbour City store MANUAL FACTORY counter on 2 August 2022 by presenting a valid membership card and a single LOG-ON receipt for HK$800 or more, while places last. (Quota:30) Each super e-gold member can get one only. The waiting time for the personalisation service may be 20-30 mins or longer subjective to the number of orders in progress on the spot.

2. super e-gold members can get a free box of SMILEY FACE MASK ASTM I (ADULT) 40’s by presenting a valid membership card and a same-day receipt with net spending of HK$50 or above at any LOG-ON store during 2 – 6 August 2022, while stocks last.

2. 顧客須出示有效的super e 會員卡以享受Summer Fiesta 2022的會員禮遇。會員卡不可轉讓他人使用。

3. 所有Summer Fiesta 2022優惠不可兌換現金或其他產品。圖片只供參考。
