條款及細則
購物禮遇
1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible transactions. Some of the activities, merchandise and tasting dishes are available in selected stores only. Please refer to in-store price tags and promotional materials.
2. super e-gold 及 super e 尊享會員優惠適用於香港各門市分店及網上商店。 super e-gold 會員可於2023年8月1日至5日親臨門市分店，或於2023年8月1日上午10時至8月5日晚上11時59分在網上商店享受指定尊享會員優惠。所有super e會員可於2023年8月2日至5日親臨門市分店，或於2023年8月2日上午10時至8月5日晚上11時59分在網上商店享受指定會員優惠。
3. 所有Summer Fiesta之尊享會員優惠不可與已折扣貨品、指定貨品或專櫃，及其他推廣優惠/優惠券同時使用。以上優惠逾期無效，及恕不接受追溯申請。
額外獎賞積分
1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 1 – 5 August 2023. Nintendo and PlayStation® products are excluded.
2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and E-Shop from 2 – 5 August 2023. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation® products are excluded.
3. super e會員須於分店付款前出示有效的會員卡或網上商店結算前登入會籍，方可累積消費紀錄及賺取積分。
4. 獎賞積分及消費紀錄將於購物後36小時內更新。恕不接受任何於交易後之積分補領。
5. 所有已取消的交易或購物退款，因應該次消費而獲得的獎賞積分將會自動扣除，包括因指定推廣計劃而額外獲得之獎賞積分。

super e-gold 尊享體驗工作坊
1. super e-gold members will receive an email invitation to enroll online for the exclusive workshops held at superlife culture club at city’super Times Square store or LOG-ON ToGather @ LOG-ON Fashion Walk store. Limited places; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please refer to the registration page for details.
2. 每位super e-gold會員可免費報名參加一個工作坊。由於名額有限，所有工作坊不提供額外名額給會員親友。每個報名只限預留一個席位。
3. 我們將核實所有會員登記資料。系統將發送確認電郵予成功登記的會員。
4. 為降低因臨時缺席而導致浪費參與該活動之名額及所預留之材料，所有成功登記的會員如未能出席所登記之活動，須於2023年7月26日或之前透過電郵通知；否則，本公司將會於2023年8月7日於該會員之會籍中扣除500獎賞積分，而不作另行通知。
5. 合資格super e-gold會員敬請於活動開始前至少10分鐘到達現場報到。 會員參加活動時必須出示有效會員卡及確認短訊。
6. 每節課堂前，所有桌椅和所需用具都會用清潔劑消毒。
7. 本公司不接受任何個人理由的延期及退款要求，包括（但不限於）生病、受傷等，亦不可由其他參加者代替出席有關活動。參加者於付款前有責任參閱此條款，並自行理解及承擔有關風險。一旦成功付款後，所有報名不設更改，及款項不設退回。
8. 如遇颱風(八號風球或以上)或黑色暴雨訊號懸掛，當日的主題工作坊或店舖導賞團活動將延期或取消安排，但有關已付款項不設退款，一切以活動前2小時通知為準。若活動進行期間，以上提及之惡劣天氣警報生效，本公司將會在可行情況下安排參加者立即到安全地方暫避或提早終結活動，但不會再安排退款及補辦。如活動當日天氣欠佳但未有以上惡劣天氣警報，本公司會視乎活動的受影響程度而判斷活動是否可以繼續進行，以活動前2小時通知為準。如參加者因主觀因素自行放棄活動，將不設延期及退款。一般情況下，如當日之有關活動開始時間為颱風或黑色暴雨訊號除下4小時後，活動將會照常舉行，但需視乎訊號除下時間而定。
9. 此禮遇不能兌換成現金或其他產品，或轉讓給他人。圖片只供參考。
10. 參加者如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參與相關工作坊，或於報名前致電諮詢有關食材以作參考，並於報名時告知本公司相關食物敏感狀況。若參加者於活動期間或活動後出現任何食物敏感症狀，City Super Limited 恕不負責。
11. City Super Limited 對因技術問題造成的延誤不承擔任何責任，包括但不限於任何電腦或互聯網網絡問題。
12. City Super Limited 保留一切更改主題活動的時間、內容及導師之權利。活動所使用的材料或會因特別情況而更改，恕不作另行通知。
super e-gold感謝禮品換領
1. super e-gold members can get a free box of COOKIE VISSION Local Hand-crafted Cookies (Matcha Macadamia flavour and Epic Chocolate Hazelnut flavour), while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presenting a valid super e-gold membership at city’super or LOG-ON stores during the event days (from 1 - 5 August 2023). Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.

super e-gold清酒品嘗禮遇
1. super e-gold members can collect two coupons from the reception at city’super stores. Each coupon can redeem a glass of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo at our VIP Sake Tasting booth at “Wine Cellar”. Containers bought along by members themselves will not be accepted.
2. 此禮遇券只適用於2023年8月1日至8月5日中午12:00開始使用，逾期無效。
3. 此不可兌換現金，每張禮遇券只能使用一次。
4. 影印本或損壞的禮遇券均屬無效。

冬日迎賓美饌
1. super e-gold 會員出示從接待處獲取的限時換領券及登記預約，可於預約的指定時間換領指定美饌。每位會員憑券可參與「冬日迎賓美饌」一次。

This E-Shop eCoupon cannot be used for the purchase of baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, food and beverage items at the AMAZING FOOD HALL at city’super Times Square store, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.
8. Physical Store Shopping Voucher: Physical store shopping voucher can only be used at city'super, LOG-ON and cookedDeli (public cashier) stores in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. For details of the usage, please refer to the back of the shopping voucher.

1. super e-gold 會員可於2023年8月1至5日尊享 Summer Fiesta 尊享優惠，super e會員則可於2023年8月2至5日尊享有關優惠。會員優惠逾期無效及恕不接受追溯申請。
2. 顧客須出示有效的super e 會員卡以享受 Summer Fiesta 的尊享會員優惠。會員卡不可轉讓他人使用。
3. 所有Summer Fiesta 之會員優惠不可兌換現金或其他產品。圖片只供參考。

6. New member welcome offer is applicable to new super e members enrolled during 15 July to 29 July 2023 (excluding new enrolment of super e-gold or VIP member). A HK$50 Reward eCoupon will be added to the new membership accounts on 31 July 2023 upon successful registered. The eCoupon can be used upon single net spending of HK$200 at city'super, LOG-ON or cookedDeli physical stores during Summer Fiesta from 2 - 5 August 2023. Only one eCoupon can be used each transaction. Combined receipts will not be accepted. Overdue or expired eCoupons will not be accepted. No retrospective arrangement will be accepted.
