Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong and Macau.  

Delivery (Hong Kong):	Available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay (except outlying islands). Next day delivery for orders submitted before 2:00pm.
Delivery (Macau)**:	3 - 7 working days

條款及細則:

• 不設指定送貨時間。
• 送貨服務不適用於離島地區，貨倉，貨櫃碼頭，地盤。
• Order cut off time is 14:00 for next day delivery services.
• 如客戶要求更改正在處理的訂單，請客戶必須至少提前2個工作天與我們聯絡，否則我們將不接受任何更改。
• 客戶應允許我們進入指定的送貨地點，並確保收件人在該地點成功取件。 若收件人未能在指定的送貨地點取件，客戶可同意將產品放置在其要求的收貨地點。收件人需對訂購的產品承擔責任，City Super Limited已完成發貨及送貨之責任。
• 我們會按照客戶所選擇的送貨日期進行派送，任何不在我們控制範圍內而引致的送貨延誤或未能成功派送之訂單，訂單內的現有產品將不會作任何新安排，包括客戶未能提供足夠的送貨資料、客戶未能提前2個工作天作出有關更改訂單要求。
• 當懸掛黑色暴雨警告信號 / 8號或以上熱帶氣旋信號，當日之送貨服務將會暫停。
• 當貨品送到指定收貨地址時，顧客需要簽收貨品，以證明貨品之責任已轉移至收件人。如果收件人並非付款人，收件人的簽署已證明City Super Limited已完成發貨及送貨之責任。

Click and Collect Services

 

Order Services Lead-time: Next day collection available for online orders submitted before 14:00.

Store Pickup Locations: apm, Festival Walk, Fashion Walk, iSquare, Metroplaza, Cityplaza, Harbour City, Langham Place, PopCorn, Tai Po Mega Mall, Times Square and tmtplaza.

Customers may choose to collect the online orders at the pickup counter of our LOG-ON stores. It is a must to present the order confirmation number when collect the order. Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by City Super Limited.

為減少使用塑膠購物袋，環境保護署由2015年4月1日起，在所有零售點全面推行 塑膠購物袋收費 為減少使用塑膠購物袋，塑膠購物袋環保徵費計劃 將于2015年4月1日在所有零售點全面實施。我們公司將不再提供免費塑膠袋, 客戶需要額外為每個塑膠袋或平口袋支付港幣$0.5。冷藏、冷凍食品和非密閉包裝食品, 我們只提供平口袋。

請支持環保，自備購物袋。
