• This offer is only applicable to the city’super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) and mobile app. It is not applicable to physical stores or other city’super online shopping platforms (including but not limited to the Hamper Page, Pre-order Page, city’super neighbourhood, etc.).
• The offer period is valid only for 23 March, 2026. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. The offer is limited to the first 500 orders while stock lasts. Each account can enjoy this offer once in maximum.
• Customers must place an order on the E-Shop during the promotional period with a single net purchase of HK$400 or more and select in-store pickup to receive one HK$50 city'super in-store Cash Voucher (maximum one voucher per order). The earned Cash Voucher will be given to the customer upon order collection. Customers must collect their order on or before 15 April, 2026, to be eligible for this offer. Customers with eligible orders must confirm receipt of the Cash Voucher at the time of pickup. Once the customer leaves the store premises, the Cash Voucher will be deemed as collected, and no replacement will be provided.
• super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
• This offer is not applicable to purchases of city’super Gift Cards, Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges, gift wrapping charges, workshops, event registrations and designated products.
• This offer is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products. If the transaction is cancelled or a refund is processed, the voucher will not be awarded.
