1. Customers can enrol online for free for the Health Seminar “Care for our Elders: Dementia Care and Fall-prevention Tips” at superlife culture club at city’super Times Square store. Limited seats; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis; those who apply after the seats are full will be placed on a waiting list. If applicants on the waiting list are not notified, it means that they have not got a replacement seat.
2. All registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. A reminder SMS will be sent to successfully registered customers before the seminar starts. Customers who have successfully registered for the event are required to present the confirmation email and SMS before participation.
3. Eligible participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the event starts for on-site check-in.
4. Each registered customers can register for one timeslot only, and a maximum of two tickets can be registered per each successfully registered customer. Guests must attend the event together with the registered customer. This event cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged to other products. The enrolment is non-transferable. Photos are for reference only.
5. Each participant is entitled to one gift only. While stocks last.
6. City Super Limited reserves the rights to make alternations to the event schedule, content, and instructor or guest speaker when necessary. This information is subject to change without any prior notice.
7. The event will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is declared by the Hong Kong government two hours before the start time of the event. If the above weather warning(s) or extreme situation is/are declared during the event, City Super Limited will help to arrange a safe shelter for participants to stay in until the situation allows for the event to continue. If the situation does not change, the event will end early and will not be rescheduled. If the weather conditions on the event day are not safe or good enough for the event to be hosted but the Hong Kong government has not declared any of these weather warnings or extreme situations, City Super Limited will judge if it is suitable to host the event two hours before the scheduled start time.
8. City Super Limited is not responsible for any matters arising from delays due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network problems.
9. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this event without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
