About Chef Ma Wing-Shing:
Chef Ma has been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years and possesses extensive professional skills in both Chinese and Western cuisine. In recent years, he has been working in elderly nutrition and designing soft food recipes for elderly people, raising public awareness of care food.
