This freeze-dried clear soup features premium yuba (beancurd skin) from Hieizan, delicately flavoured with yuzu and mitsuba for a refined aroma. It offers a light, elegant taste that highlights the natural ingredients. Suitable as a traditional Japanese clear soup.
Add about 160 mL of hot water and stir well before serving.
