CAVEDONI has been producing the characteristic balsamic vinegar of Modena for more than 160 years, bringing love and tradition to the production, following artisanal techniques passed down the generations from 1860. This Sigillo Rosso is balanced in taste and being velvety soft. Ideal as a salad dressing with olive oil, or dripping on the food to enhance the flavour, such as sliced small tomatoes, grilled vegetable and meats!
