Fermented in thermo‑regulated concrete and stainless steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction to preserve aromatic precision. The wine spent 14 months in French oak, contributing subtle spice and structural integration without overwhelming the fruit.The vineyard benefits from a patchwork of soils — gravel and clay in a prized parcel near the village church and loam around the château — giving complexity and harmony to the final blend. Careful vineyard management and site selection yield concentrated fruit with a clear sense of place.
