• It is harvested from January to May every year and uses the latest 3D freezing technology - rapid freezing at 45°C to maintain the elastic texture and umami taste!
  
• Soak in water and thaw slightly (it doesn't have to be com-pletely thawed, the center is still slightly hard and frozen), rub it gently with corn flour and wash it, drain the water with kitchen paper, and make fried oysters, oyster rice, gin-ger and green onion oysters, all are very delicious!
