Description
A rich sauce made with dark soy sauce, the mellow sweetness of san-on-tō (Japanese brown sugar), and the savoury flavour of Rishiri kombu from Hokkaido. Finished with hon mirin and sake for a refined aroma.
How to Enjoy
Pour an appropriate amount over grilled eel (unagi kabayaki) before serving.
One bottle is enough for approximately 8 portions of grilled eel.
Also perfect for teriyaki dishes, simmered fish, and more.
