Description
This Hakodate-style curry is made with a rich bouillon prepared by simmering beef shank, beef bones, whole chicken, and vegetables for over six hours. Blended with kombu from Hakodate, it delivers deep umami with a smooth, well-rounded flavour. It offers a mild, comforting taste with a nostalgic, traditional character. Suitable as a main dish served with rice.
Heat in boiling water or transfer to a container and microwave before serving.
