| Ingredients | Green tea (Shizuoka). [Brewing instructions (3 servings): Use a teapot with a built-in strainer. Pour 200cc of boiling water into the teacups and cool to 70°C. Add 6g of tea leaves (1 heaping tablespoon) and the cooled warm water to the teapot. Brew for 60 seconds for the first infusion, then 10 seconds for the second.
