Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Blanc is a classic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, blended with 65% of clay soil and 35% of limestone soil providing body and freshness, and the mineral backbone respectively. Crisp acidity with a velvety texture and savory depth gained from short-term ageing on lees.
