Hong Kong Whisky - OMQ Series Batch 3
This grain whisky from North British has been aged for more than 30 years and shows complex expressions after a long maturation. The dram has a full yet supple mouthfeel. Hong Kong Whisky's North British bottling brings budding aromas as we enter Spring when flowers bloom, much as we find the future of Hong Kong to be full of hope and flovour.

Nose: Mature malt yields to a burst of tropical and dried fruits, popcorn, and spiced butter toast, closing with creamy coconut and a hint of orange zest.
Palate: A perfectly balanced cask-strength masterpiece. Rich walnut and warm brioche meld with velvety toffee over decadent vanilla pastry.
Finish: Long, soft, and elegant. Gentle notes of cooked orange zest and apple resolve into a subtle, comforting coconut ending.
