HONG KONG WHISKY Tiles Series Strathmill 2010 16 YO (700mL)

ABV: 56.7%
Region: Speyside,Scotland
Distillery: Strathmill
Cask Type Maturation: Barrel

The Tiles Series draws inspiration from the floor tiles of Hong Kong’s Tong Lau – the Cantonese name for old HK residential buildings. It captures a quiet emblem of craftsmanship and memory in this city. This range reflects our philosophy as independent bottler – selecting casks for character, understated restraint and long-term appeal.

Nose: A gentle morning breeze over an orchard – fresh pears and crisp apples entwine with a whisper of green grass
Palate: A harmony of honey and vanilla glides across, smooth and silky
Finish: Lingering notes of candied fruit and orchard sweetness drift into a soft touch of mint – wonderfully refreshing
