Feature:

A thin-style udon made with generous amounts of Yame matcha, offering a vivid green colour and a fresh, aromatic matcha flavour.

Because the noodles are thin, they cook in just 5 minutes, allowing the matcha’s fragrance and colour to be enjoyed at their best.

Ideal served chilled as zaru udon in summer, warm in broth during winter, or even arranged on a hot plate in a style similar to “kawara soba”.

 

Cooking tip:

Use at least 2L of boiling water per pack. Add the noodles loosely and gently separate with chopsticks. Adjust heat to avoid boiling over. Cook for 5 minutes without adding extra water. Rinse thoroughly in cold water 2–3 times to remove excess starch.
