- This curry features a rich aroma and deep flavor, created using a specially blended spice roux and an included bouillon paste. The bouillon paste, infused with the umami of red wine, aromatic vegetables, and fruits, enhances the depth and fragrance of the curry, bringing out its full-bodied taste.
How to Use
- Ingredients (Serves 5): This product 1 pc, Meat 300g, Onion 400g, Salad oil 1 tablespoon, Water 600ml
- Optional: Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, or other ingredients as desired.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat and sauté the ingredients (cut into bite-sized pieces).
- Skim off any scum and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are tender (about 15 minutes after boiling).
- Turn off the heat, break the curry roux into pieces, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens. Ready to serve.
Store in cool dry place
