These delicate pieces came from 100% purebred Iberico pigs, Lampiño breed, the best Iberico variety for the manufacture of hams and cured meats. The pigs live freely in the Acorn woods in the Sierra de Jabugo. These boneless hams are cured for 48 months, have the scrumptious flavour and texture, ideal to be served alone as snack, appetizer.
