Created as the second release following Gold Kamaishi Ramen, this Silver Sanriku Seafood Salt Soup Ramen showcases the flavours of the Sanriku coast.

  • The soup is made by extracting dashi exclusively from Shiuri clams harvested in Hakosaki Shirahama, Kamaishi, resulting in a clear yet deeply savoury broth that reflects the richness of the local sea.

  • With its fresh ocean aroma and clean, elegant taste, the soup evokes the coastal landscapes of Sanriku itself.

  • Along Route 45 during the Showa era, “Iso Ramen” was a familiar sight, often remembered as the flavour of summer, seaside trips, and family outings. This ramen recreates that nostalgic taste.

  • For an even richer experience, adding sea vegetables such as wakame, funori, mekabu, or matsumo is highly recommended.
 
Cooking Instructions

1. Keep the liquid soup sealed in its pouch and warm it in hot water. Before the noodles are ready, pour the soup into a bowl and add about 300 mL of boiling water. Stir well.

2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for about 5 minutes. After 3 minutes, loosen gently, then continue cooking over medium heat for another 2 minutes.

3. Drain the noodles thoroughly and add them to the prepared soup. Serve hot. Sea vegetables such as wakame, funori, or mekabu may be added to enhance the flavour.
