Description
This pancake mix blends the well-known Kyushu pancake base with Japanese black tea produced in Shibushi, Kagoshima. The result is pancakes with a gentle aroma of Japanese tea and a soft, fluffy texture.
The delicate fragrance of the tea spreads subtly while baking, creating a refined flavour that can be enjoyed on its own. It also pairs well with jam, cream, or fruit, allowing for a variety of serving styles.
Preparation
Using 1 pack of this mix with 200 mL milk and 1 egg yields about 7 pancakes (approximately 12 cm in diameter).
