This traditional satsuma-style fried fish cake highlights the natural umami of the ingredients, with sweetness kept deliberately mild to maintain balance. Black sesame and sweet potato are incorporated into the mixture, adding gentle nuttiness and natural sweetness with a soft, comforting texture.
