The renowned Musang King Snowy Mooncake is made of Musang King durian pulp originated from Pahang, Malaysia, covered with soft and chewy icy skin to take the divine festive treat up a notch. With the technique to freeze the fresh, just-ripened Musang King durian pulp in liquid nitrogen (odourless, tasteless, non-toxic), the mooncake filling is velvety as if devouring ice cream, featuring the dense and rich taste of Musang King with a hint of its unique bittersweet tang.
