NAGATANIEN The New Otani Hot Cake Mix (500g)

A pancake mix from the Hotel New Otani brand, known for its rich flavour and refined dessert offerings. The mix produces pancakes with a gentle vanilla aroma, a soft and fluffy texture, and a satisfying, slightly dense finish reminiscent of classic hotel-style hotcakes.

Simply prepare the batter with egg and milk, then cook in a pan to create thick, tender pancakes. Serve with the included maple-style syrup for a balanced sweetness and a traditional breakfast or dessert experience.

Preparation
Ingredients: 1 pack of this mix, 1 egg, 150 mL milk.

1. Place the egg and milk in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the pancake mix and stir quickly until combined.
3. Heat a frying pan for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
4. Allow the pan to cool for about 1 minute, then pour the batter into the pan in a round shape.
5. Cook one side for about 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the batter begins to set.
6. Turn over and cook the other side. Serve with butter if desired and drizzle with the included maple-style syrup.

Store in cool dry place
