NAMISATO Rice Flour for Bread (500g)

This rice flour blend is formulated for bread making and includes the rice variety Emi Tawawa, a cultivar developed specifically for baking applications. Using proprietary milling technology, the rice flour is ground to a fineness comparable to wheat flour and blended with wheat gluten to support proper dough structure.

It can be used in much the same way as strong wheat flour for bread making. The result is bread with a soft, fluffy texture and a pleasantly chewy bite, while retaining the gentle aroma and flavour of rice.
