Australian Chinese Cabbage (500g)

Crisp and aqueous with a subtly sweet, mild flavour, it is also high in nutritional value. Best suited for braising, stewing, stir-frying and boiling. It can be shredded into green salads, or stuffed into dumplings, fresh spring rolls and steamed buns. It is also the great ingredient for hot pot, making kimchi or mixed into noodle and rice dishes.
