With a strong flavour, and a chewy texture, these Canadian Whelks were cooked and frozen immediately after being caught, in order to keep the original sweetness and freshness. You can enjoy it with soy sauce, lemon juice, chili sauce or other sauces, or it can be slightly heated before eating, or even being cooked in the spicy wine sauce, all are scrumptious!
