RESONANCE Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018 (750mL)

Résonance Wines is Maison Louis Jadot’s first winery in the New World.Planted on non-grafted rootstocks in 1981, the dry-farmed vines sit on ancient Willakenzie (marine sedimentary) soils, imparting strong structure, intense spice, and deep dark fruit character.

Wine maker Guillaume Large was born in 1982 in Burgundy’s Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, worked in the family vineyard planted by his great-grandfather and earned an Oenologist’s National Diploma at the Jules Guyot Institute of Dijon.

Grapes are hand-picked and rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place using native yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is aged for 17 months in French oak barrels (around 50% new oak), combining Maison Louis Jadot’s traditional Burgundian winemaking expertise with the unique terroir of Oregon.

Deep ruby. The nose displays complex aromas of dark plum, roasted espresso, damp earth, and dried spices. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with structured, dense tannins supported by core minerality and a long, savory finish.
