Tasting note:

• Made from “Takane Nishiki” rice that is cultivated by minimizing the usage of less fertilizer. Spending 3 days to polish the rice to 28% from original size, it is carefully fermented, followed by long-term ageing at low temperature. Refreshing on the nose, elegant palate with lingering aftertaste.
