- A cream stew roux made with fresh cream using Hokkaido-produced milk, butter, and Parmesan cheese.
How to Use
- Ingredients (Serves 4): This product 1 pc, Meat (chicken or pork) 200g, Onion 200g, Potato 150g, Carrot 100g, Water 500ml, Milk 200ml
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the meat, onion, potato, and carrot (all cut into bite-sized pieces), being careful not to burn them.
- Add water. Skim off any scum and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the ingredients are tender.
- Turn off the heat, add the roux, and simmer again over low heat for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Finally, add milk and heat through before serving.
