SUNSAS Cold Soba Noodle with Sauce is a cold noodle product from the Japanese brand Sansas (サンサス). Its biggest highlight is the unique texture of the noodles, which can be paired with a specially formulated soup base.

Noodles: Made from wheat flour, durum flour, and buckwheat flour. Through the proprietary "Kineuchi" method, the noodles retain a firm chewiness and smooth texture reminiscent of fresh raw noodles.
