SUNSAS Cold Soba Noodle with Sauce is a cold noodle product from the Japanese brand Sansas (サンサス). Its biggest highlight is the unique texture of the noodles, which can be paired with a specially formulated soup base.
Noodles: Made from wheat flour, durum flour, and buckwheat flour. Through the proprietary "Kineuchi" method, the noodles retain a firm chewiness and smooth texture reminiscent of fresh raw noodles. They can be stored at room temperature while maintaining their freshness, and are highly regarded in professional settings such as yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants and Korean restaurants.
