Description
This ramen uses stone-ground whole wheat noodles made from Furano-grown wheat, offering a naturally rich wheat aroma and a firm, satisfying texture.
The soy sauce soup has a clean, well-balanced flavour that allows the character of the whole wheat noodles to stand out without being overpowering.
Simple yet carefully made, this ramen is ideal for those who appreciate a more straightforward, grain-forward bowl with depth and clarity.
Cooking Instructions
1. Remove the noodles from the package and boil in plenty of water for 5–6 minutes.
2. Place the soup sachet into a bowl, add 300 mL of boiling water, and mix well.
3. Drain the noodles thoroughly and transfer them to the bowl.
4. Add toppings of your choice if desired and serve.
Store in cool dry place.
