YUET WO Organic Premium Soya Sauce (悅和醬園有機頭抽) is a premium, organic soy sauce from Yuet Wo, a renowned, century-old sauce maker in Hong Kong. The term "頭抽" (Tou Chou) indicates it's the first and highest-quality extraction from the soy sauce brewing process, known for its superior flavor.

• First Press & Traditional Brewing: As a "Premium" or "first draw" soy sauce, it represents the finest and most flavorful extract. It is crafted using a traditional method and naturally sun-dried for 180 days.

• Organic Certification: The soy sauce holds organic certification from the Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre. Yuet Wo was the first sauce factory in Hong Kong to achieve both "Hong Kong Made" and "Hong Kong Organic Certification" for its soy sauce products.

• Non-GMO: The soybeans used are non-genetically modified.
