  2. All 1212 Online Shopping Day offers are not applicable to the purchase of discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible transactions.
  3. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
  4. All 1212 Online Shopping Day offers cannot be used in conjunction with discounted items, specified items/counters, and other promotional offers or coupons/vouchers. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.
  5. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

  8. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The gift will not be returned.
