• Tasmania has a mild climate which allows fruits to grow for a longer period of time. The size of Tasmanian cherries ranges from about 28 to 36 millimeters, with larger cherries being considered higher quality.
• The harvesting period is very short, spanning approximately six weeks from late December to early February.

1. Notification of delivery arrangements will be sent by city’super 3 days before delivery.
2. Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks.
3. Customers collecting their order in-store must inspect the goods at the time of collection. If any items are found to be damaged or defective, the customer may request a replacement, subject to store availability.
4. If you need to return a product due to visible external reasons such as bruises, mold, or rot, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any external damages reported beyond this time frame will not be accepted and will be deemed as mishandling on the customer's part.
5. Fruits are natural products and their colour and size may vary due to growing conditions and weather. The product images are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.
6. To maintain the quality standards of our products, all products are non-refundable once sold.
