- Boiling time: 10 - 11 min.
- Feature: The boiled width is approximately 5 cm. This is the widest of Gunma's local wide noodles. The texture is smooth and glutinous.
- Cooking tip: Put the noodles one piece at a time, as they will stick if you put them all in the pot at once. Boil the noodles for 10 minutes after they float to the surface. After boiling, quickly remove the noodles to a colander and rinse them in cold water, then drain well.
