After cooked, the width is about 5 cm, which is one of the widest noodles produced in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It has won numerous awards and is well-loved. Production was discontinued in the Showa 30s, but related production records were found in 2013 and re-manufactured to recall the good taste of the past. With excellent smoothness and pleasantly chewy texture, it is the wonderful udon that you can’t miss!
