The quality tinned fish from the independent family company founded in 1932, located just off the fishing port of Quiberon, across from Belle-île-en-Mer. Requiring many hours for the best canners to master the delicate technique that enables the removal of these sardine bones without damaging the flesh. Preserved in the quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, they are rich, flavourful and has the melt in the mouth texture, perfect to be served as appetizer or incorporated in various recipes.
