Terms and Conditions

Activity 1

1. The activity is only applicable at city'super Times Square, ifc mall, New Town Plaza, city’super neighbourhood AIRSIDE and THE SOUTHSIDE stores from 29 (Wed) Apr - 11 (Mon) May 2026.
2. During the promotion period, complete the following steps, present your smartphone and show the required steps have been followed to our staff at a gift redemption location at designated physical stores to receive a “Essence of Cacao Atelier” limited-edition exclusive chocolate keychain:
   a. Set your Instagram/Facebook account to “Public”
   b. Follow/like @citysuperhk on Instagram or city’super Facebook page
   c. Share any one post related to “Essence of Cacao Atelier” on your social media (Facebook or Instagram) personal profile/story. In your share, mention the chocolate brand you like most from “Essence of Cacao Atelier”, and tag/link our page. After sharing, you will be able to receive one “Essence of Cacao Atelier” limited-edition exclusive chocolate keychain.
   
3. Gift redemption locations:
   Customer Service Centre in city’super Times Square, ifc mall, New Town Plaza, city’super neighbourhood AIRSIDE and THE SOUTHSIDE stores
4. Customers must show staff that they have completed all the required steps on their smartphone screen to enjoy the offer. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
5. Each customer can only participate the activity once.
6. All gifts must be redeemed on the day of purchase at the gift redemption location. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
7. Sales transactions and gift redemption must fall within this period.
8. There are 90 gifts in total. The quantity limit available for each store each day may vary. Quantities are limited—first come, first served, until supplies run out.
9. Visuals of related promotional materials are for reference only. The actual gifts shall prevail.
10. Gifts is non-refundable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash/shopping vouchers/other vouchers/merchandise or exchanged.

12. city'super reserves the right to replace the original gifts with others, without prior notice.
13. city'super is not liable for any loss suffered during use of the gifts or any disputes between the users and suppliers.
14. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offers without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.

Activity 2

1. The activity is only applicable at city'super Times Square, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores from 29 (Wed) Apr - 11 (Mon) May 2026.
2. During the promotion period, by presenting an eligible same-day receipt for selected chocolate products on net purchases of HK$150 or more at designated physical stores, customers can participate in the “Chocolate Hang & Hold Challenge” game once. After checkout, show the purchase receipt for the same day to the promo staff to participate. Participants will have 10 seconds to hold up and “fill to the top” with 30 chocolate decorations using both hands, and must remain still for 10 seconds. Those who succeed will receive a “Essence of Cacao Atelier” limited-edition chocolate plate.
3. Gift redemption locations:
   Promo Area in Times Square, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores
4. Each original eligible receipt is valid on the date of issue only.
5. Each eligible receipt entitles each customer one gift only. Each eligible receipt can be used once only, and only one receipt can be used per transaction. Each customer can only be entitled to one gift only.
6. Customers are required to present an eligible original same-day receipt to redeem a gift at the gift redemption location. No retrospective arrangement will be made. The receipt will be stamped for administrative purposes.

12. A valid eCoupon and membership card should be presented to the cashier at the same time before payment in order to enjoy the offer, accumulate loyalty points and update your spending records. 
13. The offer is not applicable to purchases of city'super gift/shopping vouchers, purchase or top-up of city'super Gift Cards, paper shopping bags, ice-gel packs, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top-ups, recharging or value-add service, or at any self-checkout counter.
14. The offer cannot be used in conjunction other promotional offers or coupons. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
15. Duplicate, photocopied, damaged or handwritten receipts or the splitting of receipts will not be accepted.
16. All gifts should be returned if a transaction is cancelled or a refund is required.

Activity 3

1. The activity is only applicable at city'super Times Square, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores during 2 (Sat) May – 3 (Sun) May and 9 (Sat) May – 10 (Sun) May 2026.
2. During the promotional period, participate in the “Blind Guess! Chocolate Master Challenge” in the promotional area within the specified time. Participants who guess the correct answer for each session will receive a “Essence of Cacao Atelier” limited-edition exclusive chocolate keychain.
3. Gift redemption locations:
   Gift redemption locations: Promo Area in Times Square, ifc mall and New Town Plaza stores
4. All gifts must be redeemed on the day of purchase at the gift redemption location. No retrospective arrangement will be made.
