- This offer is only applicable to the city’super E-Shop website (https://online.citysuper.com.hk) and mobile app. It is not applicable to physical stores or other city’super online shopping platforms (including but not limited to the Hamper Page, Pre-order Page, city’super neighbourhood, etc.).
- The offer period is valid from 1 May to 31 May 2026. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made. Customers must make a single net purchase of HK$400 or more (based on the final payment amount) during the promotion period and complete the designated feedback survey on or before 5 June 2026 to receive one HK$50 E-Shop eCoupon. The offer is limited to the first 1,000 eligible customers, on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. Each account can enjoy this offer once in maximum.
- The E-Shop eCoupon will be sent to eligible members via email within 7 working days after the survey is completed. The eCoupon can be used upon net spending of HK$250 on or before 30 June 2026.
- super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
- super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the city’super E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
- This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party.
- This offer is not applicable to purchases of city’super Gift Cards, Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, workshop and event registration, preorder products, and designated items.
- Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. Any E-Shop eCoupons earned from the transaction must be returned.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons.

- City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
