These radishes are grown on the manufacturer’s own highland farm in Vietnam, where the large difference between day and night temperatures brings out their freshness. Within two days of harvest, the radish is grated and immediately freeze-dried, preserving its natural aroma and flavour.

 

To prepare, pour 3 tbsp (45 mL) of water evenly over the product, stir well, and it is ready in about one minute. Enjoy with grilled fish, udon, and other dishes.
