The brand was founded in 1862 in Cuba, when the founder bought a small distillery and revolutionized the rum-making process to create a smooth and light bodied spirit, that’s the BACARDI Rum. After 10 years of perfecting his rums, he introduced the world to this BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, it exudes the floral and fruity flavour such as orange blossom, lavender, lime, ripe banana, with smooth and creamy texture, and a dry, clean and fresh finish. It is a sublime rum for cocktails, it doesn’t dominate other flavours nor does it disappear when mixed. Perfect for classic rum cocktails like the Mojito.
