Description
Bonito flakes, souda bonito, kelp, soy sauce and mirin create a concentrated noodle sauce with layered Japanese dashi character. Dilute according to your preferred strength for hot udon, soba or chilled dipping noodles, or use it undiluted in small amounts for seasoning. It also works beautifully in oyakodon, gyudon, tamagoyaki, steamed egg, oden and simmered vegetables, or as a dipping sauce for tempura and tofu.
