Quercus du Chateau la Vaisinerie 2019 is a red wine from the Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion appellation in Bordeaux, France. Produced by Château La Vaisinerie, this is one of the estate's flagship wines.

• Long History: The estate's history dates back to the 17th century.

• Change of Ownership: In July 2019, the Moses family (Alain Moses) became the new owners of the estate.

• Vineyard: The estate owns 13 hectares of vineyards, with an average vine age of 35 years. The soil is clay-limestone, similar to the Saint-Émilion appellation.

• Grape Blend: Made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. (Note: a few sources mention 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, but most sources and the estate's official website indicate Cabernet Franc.)

• Winemaking & Aging: Produced using traditional methods, with 50% of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.

• Appearance: Deep and concentrated in color.

• Aroma: Offers aromas of fresh blackberries, flowers, red berries, and crunchy cherries, with subtle hints of cardamom and toastiness.

• Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a juicy, round, and smooth mouthfeel. Flavors include cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, along with notes of sweet tobacco, crushed stone, and spice. The tannins are fine, leaving a velvety finish.
